The short version
Stocker gives you compliance monitoring and intelligence. It is a tool to help you act earlier — not a guarantee, not advice, and not the exchange's decision.
No warranty on the data
Our outputs are derived from public filings and exchange data that may be delayed, incomplete, or contain errors outside our control. The service and its outputs are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
Not the exchange's determination
Stocker's assessment of a compliance position is not the exchange's official determination. It does not replace the exchange's own notices, or your own compliance program and counsel.
Not advice
Nothing here is investment, legal, accounting, or tax advice. No fiduciary or advisory relationship is created by your use of Stocker. Stocker does not arrange, broker, or facilitate securities transactions, and does not recommend any security.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for your own compliance decisions and for how you use the information Stocker provides.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stocker LLC is not liable for any indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the fees you have paid.
Intellectual property
The reports and this site are the property of Stocker LLC. You receive a limited licence to use them for your own business. No redistribution without our permission.
Changes
We may update these terms. The current version always lives at this address.
